Meliora Law is a women-owned boutique firm located in New York’s Capital District.  Our attorneys, experienced in corporate law, transactions, tax, health care, trusts and estates and not-for profit law, are committed to providing exceptional legal services to clients through practical and innovative solutions.  The name, “Meliora,” meaning the relentless pursuit of better, is a reflection of our philosophy and approach to client service and the practice of law. Meliora Law is grounded in our commitment to constantly innovate with the common goal of improving the experience for our clients, attorneys, and community.   

Meliora Law was founded as a response to the changing legal environment and the needs and desires of our clients. Intentionally nimble, we are constantly exploring new ways to better serve clients, through innovations ranging from streamlined mechanisms for client communication and project management, the development of alternative fee arrangements and flexible payment models, to offering a growing array of flat fee packages for legal services.

Our goal at Meliora Law is to build lasting relationships with our clients and deliver services that are reflective of and responsive to clients’ changing needs and practicalities.  Our approach is not only about resolving legal issues, but also helping our clients succeed in their businesses.
